Friends and Family Rallies
“The More the Merrier”

Please join us for our Support-A-Walk Friends and Family Rallies. It’s the perfect way to kick-start your involvement in the Walk!

• Newcomers: Learn everything you need to know about Support-A-Walk.
• Returning walkers and Team captains: Welcome back!
• Hear new ideas and tips on how to make the most of your participation.
• Receive Support-A-Walk materials for registration and to help spread the word.
• The More the Merrier – If each person brings 5 NEW people, imagine how much better this year’s Walk will be!
• Bring family… friends… co-workers… neighbors – people you know who haven’t been part of the Walk before.
• Refreshments will be served – these events are FREE!

Support-A-Walk Tee Shirts

To make sure you receive your 2008 Support-A-Walk Tee-shirts, register and donate BEFORE the day of the walk! Register and donate online, by mail, or in-person at our office.

Pick up your tee-shirts at our office BEFORE the day of the Walk.

• For $50 in donations or Walk pledges turned in BEFORE the day of the Walk, receive a 2008 Walk tee-shirt.
• For each additional $25 in donations or Walk pledges turned in BEFORE the day of the Walk, you are entitled to another tee-shirt.

We regret that we cannot deliver tee-shirts, or reserve them for pick-up at the Walk. We cannot guarantee tee-shirt availability on the day of the Walk. If quantities remain, they will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Ray of Hope Champion Awards

Be a Ray of Hope Champion!

Ray of Hope Champions are individuals who turn in $1,000 or more in donations or pledges BEFORE the day of the Walk! Ray of Hope Champions will receive:

• Our Ray of Hope Champion ribbon to wear at the Walk
• Your name on our Ray of Hope Champions display at the Walk
• Your name included in a Ray of Hope Champions thank-you ad in the local newspaper

Be a Team Captain Champion!

Team Captain Champions are Team Captains whose team turns in a total of $2,000 or more in donations or pledges BEFORE the day of the Walk. We want to thank you for organizing and motivating your team!! Team Captain Champions will receive:

• Our Ray of Hope Champion ribbon to wear at the Walk
• Your name on our Ray of Hope Champions display at the Walk
• Your name included in a Ray of Hope Champions thank-you ad in the local newspaper.
• PLUS!! Dinner for two at a fine dining establishment in Westchester or Putnam County

Pledges and Donations

Walk Donations and Pledges may be turned in through October 31st. We appreciate your donations at your earliest convenience – all donations help fund our free support services and programs for people affected by breast and ovarian cancer. Please also note important dates above.
